Shute is an electronic music producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Manchester. His music encompasses a wide variety of pop, synth-pop, dance and soulful styles. His productions frequently touch on evocative soundworlds, combining them with hard-hitting funky grooves and pop songwriting to leave a lasting impression. In 2018 he co- produced Henry Green's debut album Shift, and subsequently toured Europe as part of his live setup. Since 2019 he has been one half of electronic duo Aforest amassing 50k streams on Spotify in their first year. His collaborations with Chloe touch on nostalgic synth-led pop, with their first single Stay Home being released in late November 2020. 

In 2020 I launched my solo project Shute with the song Stay Home, a collaboration with CHLOE. It received several large playlist placements including Spotify's Pop PT, New Music Friday Portugal & Compact Cassette. It is currently being played in H&M stores, after being added to their in-store playlist.
